How many sessions will it take?

This is a difficult question to answer as everyone is so unique.  The reasons why or when someone overeats are going to be very different from another’s.

The emotional triggers or habitual thought patterns behind a repeated and undesirable behavior are very different from person to person. 

This is however the advantage of one on one or small group sessions as the sessions can be directed very intentionally and specifically towards the individual(s).

Most clients can count on at least five or six sessions.
Smokers can count on at least three sessions.
